60-Day Fresh Breath Promise (Dental Water Only)
TheDogWardrobe Dental Water is covered by our 60-Day Fresh Breath Promise.
If you do not notice an improvement in your dog’s breath and oral hygiene within 60 days of receiving your order, you may request a full refund.
30-Day Refund Policy (All Other Products)
All other products are covered by our standard 30-day refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility
- Your request must be submitted within the applicable refund period.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- The product must have been used as directed.
- Photos or additional information may be requested to process your claim.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, the order will be handled under the applicable refund policy above.
Returns

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
